The staff are so nice and helpful! We asked about where to walk one evening and were directed to this very lovely walking street. Pretty much everything is just along the same street as the hotel which is directly across from the train station. Our room was very clean and even though on the busy street side, once you close the windows it was quite quiet. Don't miss out on the amazing breakfast!

Good, great location, and great breakfast. The shower cycled between hot and lukewarm, which was annoying. Very noisy in general.

For those travelers using train system for movement this is a great location. Also for proximity to city center is great for those wanting that. We simply visited to again enjoy the Cinque Terre since 5 years ago and this was closest hotel we could book to the Port for the boat ride up and back.
Only problems we had were related to parking. Hotel is on a busy street next to train station. Difficult for those with car and not knowing where they are going. No stopping in front of hotel. Hotel parking was a block away which was fine but no way to know location. They stated they had parking and they did have it and once my wife was dropped off and went in to desk staff was very helpful in showing me where to go.
Overall helpful staff. Great breakfast and other services like bar and snacks. Rooms clean and larger than normal in It.
