La Loggia De' Banchi

The guest house " ATTENTION is sold on booking as a bed and breakfast " has a central location in La Spezia but in a dirty and poorly maintained condominium. The 4 rooms, divided by a tiny entrance, are attached to each other therefore very noisy, our window overlooked a dark internal courtyard on which the air conditioners were installed, so if you opened the windows, in addition to the noises and bad smells of the room below the heat from the air conditioners arrived, you couldn't breathe. The bed sank completely, I never rested, a nice mold stain on the wardrobe. Breakfast, which has an agreement with a nearby bar, is the only note of merit but is not served in the structure. The parking, which claims to be on booking as affiliated and to be booked in the structure, is in reality the public paid one very far from the structure itself. In short, we expected much more and we pointed it out, also because the cost is equivalent to that of a hotel. We barely met the manager, he had given us an appointment then sent us the credentials via whatsapp to access which ... did not work. We stayed out for over half an hour (among other things, the phones don't take in the alley) then miraculously the door of the building opened. Same rigmarole for the front door and the apartment. In short, a nightmare. To be avoided

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso la Loggia de Banchi nel mese di febbraio 2024 e sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto dell'esperienza vissuta. La camera in cui ho alloggiato era semplicemente perfetta. Un ambiente caldo e accogliente, arredato con materiali di pregio. I Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, garantendo un sonno riposante dopo lunghe giornate di esplorazione. Il proprietario della Loggia meriterebbe un plauso speciale. Dal momento del check-in alla partenza, e' stato cortese e professionale e sempre disponibile ad accogliere ogni nostra esigenza. Tutto questo ha inevitabilmente reso il soggiorno il meno asettico e più famigliare possibile. Consigliatissimo.

Interessante B&B in una zona centrale, a pochi passi dalla centrale via Del Prione ed al vicino Museo della Marina militare. È circondato da locali per i giovani. Per quanto riguarda l' appartamento presenta 4 stanze una diversa dall' altra, stile sobrio con le pareti insonorizzate che permettono un buon riposo. La camera è pulita. Mi ha colpito il particolare delle informazioni dettagliate messe a disposizione dei turisti: brochure, libretti e soprattutto l'orario del treno per spostarsi.

La ubicacion perfecta,todo muy ordenado y limpio,muy bien ,y el gerente del akquiler miy Amable. Repetiriamos si regresara a la Spezia.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bom quarto , banheiro , roupa de cama e cama .
