Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and shown where my cabin is situated. Well appointed space to call home for a while. The bed was very comfy and piping hot water. The air con got things cool quickly and large family sized fridge in the kitchen. The cleaning & maintenance staff always greeted me as I walked past. Recommend stopping here for a well earned break. Geat holiday time. Thanks

Pictures on website are very deceiving......very run down and needs a good clean up. Amenities block, in particular the female toilets where filthy and not cleaned regularly. Could be a nice little park if some TLC was put into the upkeep of the facilities.

Found management rude and uncompromising. We paid top dollar (one night's stay paying for 10!!!) for a villa which was utterly filthy, mouldy, and filled with hazards. The locks on the doors had been tampered with and looked all broken. The kitchen looked as though it had not been cleaned for years, dining chairs broken table dirty and floors sticky. The smell was stale and putrid. I would recommend sleeping on a park bench over this disgustingly putrid accommodation!!

Horrible horrible service! No communication from the owners once realised how absolutely appalling the park is. 14day stay you get 1 pair of sheets for your bed & 2 towels for a family of 4 & made to pay for extra towels for the stay after paying thousands to stay. Communal showers and toilets where cleaned once in the 14days of staying there. The park is full of uneasy people who you definitely wouldn’t want around your children. The spa had ***** all through it that stuck to you when you get out and that much chlorine it was stinging your eyes and nose! The communal bbq are is DISGUSTING the microwave and fridge are both dirty and unusable. There is a hostel included in this tourist park right along the side & also cabins for the homeless so be weary of where you stay if you chose to stay here. The people who they have clean the cabins are the ones from the hostel next door who are also the ones who stand out the front of a night time screaming out derogatory things to young girls. Please do your research before you book and if possible please do a walk through because I’m sure once you do you will see it’s is appalling. No security cameras are connected AT ALL so no safety if cameras if something were to happen with the amount & the type of people who walk through day and night. Also children aren’t aloud to do ANYTHING at this park witnessed a young family being chastised for playing on the play equipment inside the pool area.

Very short stays would be lovely, area is great out of park, senior staff highly abusive towards children, and 440 for a condemned caravan was more than ridiculous... Leaking roof..(tarped two weeks) windows screwed shut or non functional. Whole side of van not connected to the floor, sweat box, filthy

Arrived to find a run down old tourist park. We stayed in a family cabin and were created by dead cochroaches and after saying we didn't want to stay were told as we'd pre paid they wouldn't refund. We went to pull back the 80.s threadbare duvet to be greeted by bugs on the sheets. Dirty and old we couldn't wait to leave and were promptly at reception to check out at 8:30am open time. At $200 a night not the experience we expected with our kids sleeping in hot triple bunks with the old plastic coated 'mattresses' Don't stay here

Absolutely heartbroken, had saved for a long time to bring the family on this holiday, as this was my children's Christmas gift , We arrived and the lady behind the counter seemed to be all over the place, her mother Dora was in her dressing gown at 2 in the afternoon After a very drawn out process We got the keys to the park flat When we got there there was rope tied all thru the supposed "double garage This place is so run down and in disrepair, we opened the door and the the smell of mould hit you, The photos on the website are so misleading, when we walked out the back door you are greeted by over grow weeds rubbish and a massive block of flats, the pool was dirty also and u had to pay $1 for the bubbles to be turned on in the spa which I wouldn't go in either There's was no way In Hell I would allow my family to stay here, I was so upset with the amount of money we paid, she refused to give us a refund, she offered us u flat way over the road and the pictures she showed us were just as false as all the other pictures on their website, she offered us a park voucher for us to use or to give to family or friends she had to be kidding me I wouldn't bored my dogs here, Whilst we were in the "office" they were having problems with a leaking washing machine then another "Maintanance " man came in saying there was rotten wood and all the cabinets would have to be removed, she quickly dismissed him and he left, It is deplorable the way this place is run and maintained The other lady quickly dissapeared and left he mother ( I assume) To deal with us, as I got the feeling this is a constant problem with unhappy customers I wish I could upload the pictures to show how run down and disgusting this place is FALSE ADVERTISING The pictures DO NOT depict the true run down nature of this place. Do yourself a favor don't stay here

My family was in your caravan park from 26/Dec/2017 till 28/Dec/2017. My wife went to the amenities area and put her cap above the sink area. Becouse was too much bleach in the sink area the cap stained. We talked with one woman in the reception and asked for a new cap. The woman told she not going to give a new cap.

We were thankful to get a spot here when everything else on the Gold Coast was booked out. We have paid a premium of $70 per night which was still ok just being thankful to get in. From here the review goes downhill, this would have to be one of the least maintained parks we have ever stayed at, and we have stayed at a lot of parks. It is fair enough that it is an old park we can accept that but really, keep your lawns trimmed and your pathways cleared, tidy up the fencing falling down, level off the paths that are sinking and tidy up the office. I believe it has just been sold so hopefully the new owner does something with it.
