We stayed in Ramada for two nights to attend a family wedding. I had requested a King room but it was so spacious with a sofa and two arm chairs that I thought we must have been given a King Suite. However, such was not the case. It was a regular King bed room and it was lovely! One thing that not so good was the TV… it did not have good clarity. The morning breakfast was quite substantial although I thought fresh fruit such as bananas, apples and mini oranges would have been nice.

Front desk lady was miserable and not friendly. She also did not speak nicely to other staff. This was my second stay and she was the same both times

We checked into the room and was not what I booked
The worker did change the room
After that had teenagers prank calling our room
Then an alarm that we did not set went off early morning

The staff at this property are amazing and accommodating! This was my first time staying here and I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone here in a short stay.
The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, the free breakfast was amazing and the location in proximity to the college was perfect!

It was a very nice stay, except for checking in. The receptionist was a little rude. I asked where the pool was and he said "Just wait I am doing this" instead of saying that he could have pointed or said over there. Then I asked about my points and he said "just wait" again, it was frustrating. It was a long check in process even though I booked online with my credit card. I wasn't offered the website address but after I checked in, he was informing the next individual the wifi address and was courteous to him.
