So many transients.. and no food/breakfast like the ads promise!! Is the ENTIRE reasons I chose them over everyone else?! SO. MANY. HOMELESS. PEOPLE

Bed was hard as a rock

This is the most terrible room I have stayed in. If I just wasn't so tired I would have moved somewhere else. I wouldn't take my family here for any reason. The lamps didn't work, one had no shade and the other had a stick on light. There was a3" home in the carpet. The wall has dirty stains on it. The TV has a black out spot on it and some of the channels had no sound. The heater unit was missing one knob. The bathroom has a half used till of TP sitting on the tank and a big hole in e side and the faucet was loose and crooked in the stained sink. The wall between the toilet and shower was rotted with part of it missing. There was some substance all over the wall in the shower that was pink or red running down the wall. Uncomfortable to say the least

The key card always had an error with opening the room door when I was W away for some hours. The staff were always helpful with re doing it though. Homeless looking people were lodged there.

I got this hotel online for 2 nights and ended up only staying a few hours not even half the time I booked. when coming in to pick up the door key I immediately got hit on by the staff member working at the time making me very uncomfortable. He ended up being overly friendly trying to help me with my luggage repetitively, when I said no thank you then upsized my room from a queen bed to a king and told me I was a valued and good customer. But the weird thing is I’ve never been there before. Then coming up to the room and entering it was dark, dirty and basically had nothing in it as you would expect. The room had a nasty musty smell to it, only One and already used toilet roll. Only two towels, no liners in the trash, the towel rack was off the wall , there was no switch for the fan to turn on or off, the shower didn’t get warm, there were holes in the walls making me feel very uneasy, the bathroom fan was broken at weird spots, the door took almost a minute to close on its own unless you pushed it fast from the inside, there was one blanket and it was so thin it wouldn’t of been able to keep anyone warm, the microwave was dirty, the fridge didn’t work it must of been unplugged or broken, there was no where to put luggage or clothes, the floor looked like it was vacuumed a week prior, and the desk chair was all ripped up. Upon all of this it was not with my time or money and honestly want my money back. I would give this place 0 stars if I could to be honest.

We booked this property because of the price and it definitely lived up to its cheap price unfortunately. I read reviews but a lot of bad reviews I don’t take super seriously because a lot of people now days get upset super upset about tiny things but I definitely should have taken these seriously. First and foremost when we walked in to get checked in, we had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get someone to the front. During that time, there were 3 homeless people that walked behind my car going toward the back of the property. We were on the 3rd floor and walking into the property it smelled like a ****** that was placed in the middle of a city dump. I was very much looking forward to a hot shower after a 6 hour car ride and when I got into the bathroom there was hair in the shower, what looked like dried blood on the side of the shower, super super moldy in the cracks and crevices, for some reason the shower was wet and the shower curtain had what looked like dry spackle on it.. when turning on the shower I was waiting for about 5-6 minutes for the water to get hot but it never did and was luke warm at best. It did get hot for about 10 seconds and then went to freezing cold. When going to bed we turned back the covers to check for bed bugs and we found the sheets to be dirty… we threw the sheets on the floor and started to fall asleep and then came the bugs… massive beetle looking things… and that was our straw to leave. The front desk was nice and understanding but we left.
