Nice View to the lake, good service. Not close to the town, need a taxi or rent a car.

The inn is way too far from the town center forcing you to either have a rental car or walk 40 minutes from the center to get to your hotel. The hotel is just not a practical option if you want to be immersed in El Calafate. The walk is also very dark and a bit rural, making me nervous to walk at night so far out from the town square. Also didn't appreciate that each room did not have its own conditioning/heater system. Our room was way too hot and was not able to be changed to our liking.

Estive com minha família hospedado durante uma semana. Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos donos do hotel e funcionários. Café da manhã básico mas com produtos de excelente qualidade. Acomodação espaçosa, sempre limpa e com uma vista deslumbrante para o Lago Argentino. Para quem aprecia tranquilidade. Não está no centro da cidade mas fica a uns 15 minutos de caminhada. Um táxi até o centro custa 3.500 pesos. Recomendo !!!!

Hotel qui de l'extérieur semble plutôt sympa. mais quand vous rentrez, le décor est assez vieillot, triste autant que l'accueil. les personnes qui vous servent ne sourient pas,et ont du mal à comprendre ce que vous voulez; grosse difficulté pour le chek out car la personne ne comprenait pas du tout comment rendre la monnaie et il a fallu l'aide de notre guide et bcp de patience pour réussir quelque chose de très anodin. Le petit déjeuner est très limité et le personnel, souvent absent, ne réalimente que très peu ou le fait parce qu'on insiste, avec un visage plutôt fermé. De plus les chambres sont dans un état limite et les draps que nous avons n'étant absolument pas propres, ni les oreillers, ni les couvre lit. Le reste de notre groupe (10 pers) était avec le même avis que nous. Je pense que cet Hotel pourrait être sympa mais il faut que l'équipe dirigeante reprenne tout cela en main.

Ubicado a dos kilómetros del centro frente al lago, cuenta con una atención del personal muy buena . La calefacción central mantiene la habitación muy confortable, pero con un amueblamiento clásico sin mucha renovación. El desayuno es muy básico, basado en harinas. No cuenta ni con fiambres ni quesos ni frutas ni jugo. Solo agua saborizada y un tipo de yogurt. El sitio web debe ser actualizada ya que no ofrece servicios que figuran ahí, como traslado al aeropuerto gratuito. Punto positivo, nos ayudaron a contratar todos los paseos desde el hotel a la hora de nuestra llegada casi a las 20 horas.
