The North Building of this hotel is nice! The only bad thing is that there was a lady at the front desk who asked the waiter to let us change rooms... We disagreed, so she deducted more than 600 dollars from us and more than 200 dollars. I talked to the front desk and they said it was a mistake and the money was credited to the account three days later, but it changed again one day later. They also said that we didn't pay the room fee, and we were not allowed to stay if we didn't pay the room fee! This is common sense! I went to the front desk and the front desk manager again, and they said there was a mistake and the account was credited in three days.
