Galaxy Apartments Lucerne

Galaxy Apartment has a very good experience. There are two supermarkets nearby, but note that they close at 7:00. We couldn't buy food when we arrived.  If you are not in a hurry, you can walk slowly to the main attractions. There is a bridge to cross to the other side. Very peaceful at night. Living here, you feel like you are truly living in Europe. There is a lift in the apartment so you don’t have to worry about luggage. After arriving on the phone, a handsome man came to greet me 1 minute later. There are two bedrooms and a hall, and the TV is connected to Apple Pay. The sofa itself is a bed, but we didn't use it. Because there are already too many beds in the bedroom. There are all kinds of kitchen supplies, including a large oven, and there are also toilet paper.  The bed and quilt were very comfortable. I had a good sleep here. There is a lot of space for activities. My husband and I like it very much. It is very cost-effective. For this price, I would give it full marks. Accommodation in Lucerne is relatively expensive, but for this price you can get such a large and clean apartment, which I think is well worth it. 

A strange thing happened in the early morning. Around 5:40, when we were still sleeping, the doorbell suddenly rang, waking us up. How could someone ring the doorbell so early in the morning? The bell rang for a while and then stopped. Just as we were about to fall asleep, the doorbell rang again. It lasted for a while and then stopped. This time we were completely woken up and felt a little panicked. After all, we were abroad. When the doorbell rang for the third time, we went to the door to see what was going on. As soon as we walked to the door, we heard the sound of someone rushing downstairs in the corridor. Looking out through the peephole, the lights in the corridor were still on and no one was there. There couldn't be a thief. We suddenly lost all sleep and immediately contacted the landlord on WHATSAPP. There was no reply, so we contacted Ctrip customer service. It was not until 19:57 local time that Ctrip customer service contacted the landlord and told us that the hotel's reply was that because the apartment is located in a public area, it cannot control who rings the doorbell. The doorbell was indeed installed in the hallway. The name of the apartment was clearly written on the bottom of the doorbell. There should be no possibility of pressing the wrong button. Moreover, the doorbell should be set up with a doorbell shut-off function like a hotel, otherwise it will seriously affect the normal rest of the guests and make people doubt the safety. What is worthy of praise is Ctrip's customer service, quick follow-up and responsible attitude. The apartment is about 15 minutes' walk from the train station and about 5 minutes from the old town. The apartment is located next to a small street, and there are no people on the street at night. There is a double bed and a sofa in the apartment. The double bed is not big, and there is something wrong with the spring. It creaks when it moves. The kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, and induction cooker. The hand-held shower head and rod are broken, so it can only be held by hand, which is very inconvenient.

Stayed in this hotel for one night, the room and the staff who guide you in are good, but there are credit and moral problems in the hotel's operation! I thought that the next two days would be weekends, so I contacted the backstage until Monday. After contacting the staff, I was told that the refund had already been refunded when we left the store (the hotel is in This is where I started to renege on the bill, and the words are different!) So I also asked the hotel to provide a refund certificate, including but not limited to the refund time, refund account, refund path, refund amount, etc.! After two hours, the hotel still did not respond, and after a period of time, the hotel returned the money quietly (the Ctrip staff did not receive a reply from the hotel, so they refunded the money to me first, carefully Think about it, it’s just a guilty conscience and I don’t know how to explain it, so I just want to return the money silently!) Regarding this issue, one is that the hotel did not return the deposit within the stipulated time limit, and the other is that when I "came to the door", I tried to lie and fiddle with the truth!
