One of the best and most price-friendly hotels I have ever seen in Switzerland. Spotless facility, breathtaking view facing the Luzern lake, accessible location, good for people like me who prefer tranquility + view. Would definitely revisit if passing by.

There is a bus station just outside the Lucerne train station. Walk to the S platform and take bus No. 24 for 7 stops to reach the Seeburg Hotel. The hotel is a 4-star hotel. The interior is very simple and the cleaning is very clean.
The hotel room provides a small coffee machine, but no hot water kettle is provided. For Chinese people who like to drink hot water, you can buy portable hot water kettles online when traveling. There are no slippers and no air conditioning in the room. There is a fan and a hairdryer. There are three plug-in sockets in the bedroom and one in the toilet. There is a small storage room with 6 hangers for hanging clothes.
The suite I stayed in was a "Mountain View Room". The window faced the hillside at the back of the hotel, and the price was cheaper than the Lake View Room. There is a sunset bar across the road from the hotel. If you have enough time in Lucerne, you can choose a sunny day to have a drink there, chat, sort out the photos you took, and enjoy Lake Lucerne and the spectacular Pila Tusi Peak.

The room was too small. The two of them had two big boxes and they couldn't even walk in them. The breakfast was okay and the view was great! It is also convenient to get in and out. There is a bus stop at the door, and you can get to the Central Railway Station in ten minutes.

The bathroom is disgusting. The toilet seat has marks and is not clean. Single girls should not come because there is a standing toilet specifically for men in the toilet. It is disgusting. The bathroom walls are very old, the walls are not intact, and there is a rumbling sound. The bathroom and the room are very small. The front desk was expressionless and there were no sockets next to the bed. Although there is a balcony, it is very noisy because it is very close to the road. No one uses the balcony because it is so close to the road that private life will be exposed. I made a reservation for 6 nights and stayed for 1 night before changing hotels. I checked out early and negotiated numerous times with the hotel, but the hotel still refused to refund the check-out fee. Even if I refused, I changed hotels the next day. I was very happy that I changed hotels. Hotels are so important for travel. After changing them, you will sleep better and feel better.
