As of now, Lake Lure is not expected to be open for boating and/or swimming by summer 2025 as lake recovery and cleanup efforts are still ongoing. However, our home is good to go and ready to host. We have just reduced our rates and minimum booking nights to reflect the expected conditions. The house remains a wonderful place for gathering and creating memories. The lake and mountains are still as beautiful as ever. Thank you for your continued support of such a special small town. Please refer to the town of lake lure's website for current lake status's. Beautiful LAKEFRONT home. This home boasts a King Suite as well as four spacious gathering decks and room to spread out. Numerous indoor as well as outdoor living areas including a billiard room. Garage has been converted into a rec room with a ping pong table, foosball, giant jinga, and TV. Enormous sun deck atop a 2 stall boathouse. 2 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards (SUP) included with rental. Inquire with owner regarding rental of 20' pontoon. Sonos sound system. 3 king beds, 2 queens, 1 single, 3 roll-away beds, and 2 pack-n-play cribs. Fully stocked kitchen. Weber gas grill and charcoal grill are available for use.
