JJJJSWSWe had a great one night stay at the apartment and wish that we could stayed longer. The place is full of amenities needed for living all spotless clean. Great location in a very peaceful neighborhood. Beds are super comfy. We would love to recommend to our friends and would love to be back again.

The unit was sparkling clean and spacious, with a lovely courtyard to enjoy. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.
Contrary to some reviews, no deposit was required, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is fantastic—less than a 5-minute drive to Lake Tekapo—and parking right in front of the unit was very convenient. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow.
The facilities were great overall especially kitchen amenities and 2in1 washer with dryer!
The dish wash machine helps lot on the kitchen cleaning work!
The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to add a fence in the shower area to separate the wet and dry zones, which would make it even better.
Overall, a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed cooking and the laundry with the necessities. WiFi, Netflex all good but local tv doesn’t seem to work. Probably need to try harder to figure it out. Like the shower, water is hot and with good pressure. Electric blankets also available for the bed.
Need to be clear of how to do the rubbish recycle though and reserve enough time before the check out to do all the dishes.

CClovercitaWe stayed at this Tekapo home and really enjoyed how spacious it is, especially with two separate living rooms — plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house comes with all the necessary amenities, which made the stay convenient and comfortable.
However, a few cleanliness details could be improved. The dishwasher wasn’t clean and didn’t wash dishes properly, and the detergent compartment couldn’t close fully. We also noticed some areas, like the restroom ventilator, had layers of dust and hadn’t been cleaned well.
Overall, the space and setup are great, but a bit more attention to cleaning and maintaining would make the experience much better.

GGuest UserIt's perfect for a family stay, with convenient cooking and laundry facilities, and it's clean and tidy. The location is excellent, with parking right outside the room, making it practically move-in ready. The comfort level was satisfactory, but I recommend marking the building number at the intersection at night and adjusting the room password. I had little contact with the owner regarding service, and the initial communication was inefficient, but fortunately, they were very proactive in resolving issues. I would recommend staying here to friends and family.

Yyoume_Location was right next to Main Street with shops in Tekapo, about 5 mins drive to the Lake. Pros; Beautiful accommodation, just slightly pricey. Has 2 toilets, a full kitchen and even a washing machine. Clean and well kept.
Cons: No black out curtains and only one aircon so it get very hot in the day. Night time is alright.

TTanAndyThe stay was good, quite a new apartment for a family of 3, I think it can stay up to 4. Just that, quite a distance from Lake Tekapo, which we need to walk 10 -15 minutes to reach the Lake to view Milky way. There are some minor defers that was there before my stay, hope they could fix for the next stay. Overall, I love the view and hope to stay there again.

FFayreWe are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated.
3 points here to explain the terrible experience.
1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV!
2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon!
3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience!
In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment.
I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review.

DDavChan3Bed Room House. Beautiful home. Clean and tidy. Kitchen well equipped, we got all the necessary utensils need to prepare meals. Fast wifi. CCTV in front door, hence you vehicle can be monitored for safety . Oh yes, need to be careful if you accidentally lock (ie turned the “key knob / bolt”) inside the bedroom door because there is no key available to open. Front door using digital Yale lock. Remember to press * after the 4 digits.
Good stay for me and my family for 2 nights.
