My Cell Phone was dead but as the pin code was a memorable date we got the key, tried the end unit first as the curtains were open so clearly not occupied. The key fitted. Bingo, so in we went. 10 mins later another group arrived. So our key worked in 2 units.... (Dreadful Security)The owners were called and a couple arrived to try and pacify us all. The owners took it upon themselves, after we left, to line their pockets with a 50NZD cleaning charge as we entered the wrong room. They knew that no cleaning took place as all of us were there discussing and showing concern about security!!! Taking money by DECEPTION. It is wrong - period. Endured 3 days sorting this out and getting the $50 back. No Sorry, many messages not answered, Nothing. Just out fault, even though the Key fitted!!! Oh and the add on the front page clearly says - Whole House, all the privacy of home!!! Just scandalous rubbish. Suggest anyone thinking of staying here looks elsewhere first. If you do choose to stay, be careful as these Owners do not care at all. Life will undoubtedly teach them lesson at some point. Will they learn from it....I doubt it.
