this place is a joke very disgusting and dirty the beds are no good avoid booking this place and save your money please Their breakfast is very poor and fai mea pepelo the kokoalaisa taste so watery.... they need to upgrade all the rooms and have a good clean inside the bathrooms unbelievable hotel ever

Cost me and my lil family of 4, 1600 for 5 nights but absolutely disgusting with poor service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else at all! When we checked in, there were only 3x towels two days later we asked them to serviced/clean our room they took the dirty towels and left 1x clean towel and a bathroom mat together on our bed absolutely filthy and disgusting. The walls were mouldy and so as the bathroom , beds were so uncomfortable with broken lamps and stains on the sheets. Every morning we would wake up to see lil tiny brown pieces coming off the wall and the ceiling as it is covered with mould. Never let them in to service your room no matter how long you stay, always remember to take your own towels or count the towels they give you, as they seem to find extra money by accusing customers of any missing towels even though they have collected it when they service the rooms. Tell me why a disgusting small room upstairs cost me, my husband and our kids 7& 8 years old 1600? At first they said 1200 but, when we arrived to check in they asked for 400 more? My other family of 7x adults with my baby niece were staying at the villa by the sea and we checked in the same day only cost them 1200? Bruhhh make it make sense. I’ve just wasted one star on you! I would’ve given 0 if I could.

Restaurant review only. We stopped to ask about dining times and got told an answer. Turned up at the said time to be told it was wrong and we have to wait. We waited, then ordered to be told most of the menu was unavailable. Waitress came back after a while to say what we had ordered was also not available and we had a choice of a pasta, or deep-fried fish/chicken/fries. Poor attitudes in staff, miserable food, really bad experience all round.

We loved our stay! Our room was comfortable and clean. Take dive rings for the pool if you have kids! The free breakfast each morning was delicious. Not everything was available on the restaurant menu and a couple of times the shower had no water. This didn't upset us, it only added to our experience. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lunch stop before the ferry. Very nice place, rather windy in the day but was a nice warm breeze. We were lucky to be able to have a table after walking in with a big group of us. We had the special on the day which was Samoan cultural food which we all really really enjoyed. Great location and looks like a nice place to stay. Staff was really really great and lovely!

Staff were really fantastic but unfortunately that’s were it stops Mall Rooms need attention starting with ripping up the carpets full renovations needed we had no hot water for 3 nights and I feel rooms should be serviced everyday not on request. I also was very annoyed at getting charged $25 Tala for one of our family members to swim in your pool then being told they were cleaning it and would reopen at 6pm so she didn’t end up swimming after all… This hotel could be amazing as location is awesome.
