房間設施有不好，保修也沒能修復。
外賣人員直接可以進入客房沒有安全措施防範。
退房將這些訊息也沒有迴應，説明酒店管理人員也不購重視這些對客服務。

這家瀾滄的維也納酒店是我住過的維也納中比較不滿意的一家。先説説不錯的地方，房間寬敞、明亮，晚上關上窗户還算安靜。不滿意的地方一是，房間設施有些小毛病，來維修的師傅叼着🚬進來，經我們提醒後才把煙熄滅，不知道酒店在這方面是怎麼規定的？二是進入房間後發現沒有擦手巾，兩次給前台電話後才送來，但是後來發現擦手巾有明顯的污漬，沒法用，也懶得和前台工作人員説了。

停車方便，有一個很大的院子。
床品可以，房間隔音也還行。
洗衣房配備了1台洗衣機，1台烘乾機，和一台洗烘一體機。非常方便。
早餐品種很多，水果，炒菜等，很豐富。

過來出差的，酒店是連鎖的，還是挺不錯的。有洗衣房健身房，早餐種類很多，味道也不錯。房間乾淨，衞生間還配備樓一次性馬桶墊，蠻貼心的。前台工作人員服務態度很好，大堂還配了茶水。不錯的體驗。
