下水需要疏通，先進住的6層帶露台的房間下水不通，味道不好。然後免費升級的套房3層332號還不錯，落地大窗户，陽光很充足，一早就曬到。安靜，窗户對着小區，櫃式格力空調。客廳有茶具。就是淋浴器的掛件壞了，水會跑出去。地毯太舊了，有不好味道。
