This is the best hotel in Landeck (& I’ve stayed in a few). The setting is perfect, tucked peacefully away just up from the town, with spectacular views. Friendly service, excellent food, smart rooms and beautiful traditional decor. Balconies overflowing with flowers. It’s everything an Austrian hotel should be and fantastic value too. We swam everyday in the lake next door. There are wonderful walks from the hotel and they cater for wellness and bikers too. I thoroughly recommend the Tramserhof.

I stayed at the Hotel Tramserhof for 2 nights at the beginning and end of a ski tour in the Silvretta Alps. The rooms were very comfortable with a good bathroom with hot strong showers. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast and evening meals were excellent - the food was very good quality. As previous reviewers have highlighted the hotel is out of town up a steep road which is not on a bus route so you either need a car or to take a taxi from the bus station or the train station which is 3.5km or 45 min walk. I would have given the hotel 5 stars but for two small inconviniences - I had a very early departure (a train at 5.20 from Landeck) but unfortunately there were no taxis available (not the fault of the hotel) so 2 of us left the hotel at 04.15 wearing head torches to walk to the station (at least it was down hill). Also the hotel were not able to provide an early morning wake up call. Apart from these very minor issues the Hotel Tramserhof was a very comfortable hotel with friendly helpful staff and great food.

Just returned from a fabulous week's stay and highly recommend. Lovely Hotel, well situated, with every staff member friendly and professional. The Hotel was immaculately clean throughout and could not be faulted. Easy parking for cars, with undercover parking for motorbikes. A lovely building, which has been very well maintained, with attention to detail apparent throughout. In addition, great menu serving delicious food. You will not be disappointed.

Tolle Lage für Wanderungen und Radtouren entlang des Innsbruck in beiden Richtungen. Hervorragendes Abendessen (Mehrgänge-Menü) und umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Saubere und schöne Zimmer!

Ein sehr schönes, wundervoll gelegenes Hotel. Familiär geführt, sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten Halbpension gewählt. Jeden Tag ein anderes 5-Gänge Menü, hervorragend. Unser Hund war auch willkommen, was heute leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Rundherum ein erholsamer und angenehmer Urlaub im Tirolen Oberland. Vielen Dank für Alles, wir werden wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße aus Sachsen.

Wir waren in den vergangenen Jahren schon einige Male zu Gast im Tramserhof. Und immer wieder gerne da ....mit Vorfreude... so auch dieses Mal. Auf das Ambiente / Umgebung etc. gehe ich nicht weiter ein....hier haben sich bereits genug Gäste dazu geäussert. Leider muss ich etwas loswerden, das meiner Meinung nach störend und befremdend auf mich/uns wirkte. Wir fühlten uns bei weitem nicht so willkommen, wie wir das vom Tramserhof her gewohnt sind. Ob es der sehr geringen Anzahl Gästen geschuldet war, kann ich so nicht beurteilen. Aber Aussagen wie „Der Koch hat schon Feierabend, Pommes gibt’s nicht / wer möchte noch einen Kaffee ? ansonsten wird die Kaffeemaschine abgestellt“ tragen nicht gerade zum wohlfühlen bei. Ebenso das Lichterlöschen während einem gemütlichen Beisammensein in der Lounge. Da fühlten wir uns tatsächlich nicht mehr erwünscht … Das Servicepersonal kann da wohl nichts dafür - aber trotzdem ist es für Gäste, die auch für einen guten Service zahlen - befremdend. Episode am Rande: Da klopften Hotelmitarbeiter eines Morgens an die Zimmertüre mit der Frage, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Doch etwas verblüfft habe ich dann erfahren, dass ein Feueralarm bei der Feuerwehr Landeck eingegangen ist. Entsprechende Nachfrage am Empfang - „Antwort: Ah ja ..da war ja ein Alarm – komische Sache – den Sensor sollten wir mal prüfen“. Hier angemerkt: Ausgelöst wohl durch Dampf während oder nach dem Duschen ! Positiv: Feuermeldesystem funktioniert .. Fazit: Unser Eindruck war zwiespältig. Hotels bieten Dienstleistungen und Gastfreundschaft an. Für das erste zahlt der Gast. Für das zweite nicht unbedingt, sollte aber gelebt werden. Beim Tramserhof ist das wohl etwas in den Hintergrund gerückt. Ja..der alte Spruch: Früher war anders …. besser. Hier stimmt er ….leider

Sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Zimmer sehr sauber,ruhig gelegen,oberhalb des Ortes,Naturbad nebenan .Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Restaurant kann nur empfohlen werden, sehr gute Küche,unbedingt Halbpension nehmen.

Hôtel très bien situé pour rayonner dans les différentes stations environnantes, au calme à flanc de montagne au dessus de Landeck. Service impeccable, dîners excellents avec choix végétarien chaque soir. Espace bien être avec plusieurs saunas et un hammam très agréables. Une très bonne adresse pour une semaine ski, détente et cocooning !
