The location is great, about a 7-minute walk from Cianjin MRT station. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. The first room we were assigned was quite noisy, and we had to contact the front desk twice to change rooms before we found one we were happy with. The staff were very accommodating and helped us change rooms each time. Having a coin-operated laundry room was also very convenient!

The staff were friendly and helpful, always enthusiastic to assist with any issues. Their service definitely enhanced the overall experience. Cons: The soundproofing is really poor. You can hear almost everything happening on the entire floor, whether it's from nearby rooms or further down the hall. It seemed like the guests at this hotel were quite late-nighters; people were still moving around, showering, and using the restroom well past midnight. This would be a problem for light sleepers. Also, there are quite a few rooms on each floor, but only one elevator. During peak hours, you might have to wait a little while. Overall Impression: Overall, my rating is still on the positive side. If I'm ever in Kaohsiung alone again and prioritize convenient transportation, I would definitely consider staying here again. Hotel brief: The ground floor has the reception area and a few sofas for lounging; the second floor houses the restaurant and hot spring area; and all floors from the third upwards are guest rooms, with bathroom facilities on each floor.

The hotel itself is clean you can leave the luggage before your check in. I like the common area next to the reception. It's nice and having snack and drink for Hotel guest. Quite impressive. The room was quite spacious and had a window. The price was very cheap, just over 600 NTD per night—even more upscale than a backpacker's room! The only downside was that it was a bit of a walk from the MRT station, which might be inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kaohsiung.

A perfect budget hotel! Honestly it has everything you need, and the staff are so lovely and helpful. The room was very clean too. Very reasonably priced for such a great service

The hygiene was really poor. Even though the reviews on Trip were decent, the comforter was covered in lint, and the hairdryer was greasy and sticky. The lighting was extremely dim. Plus, the comforter had a damp smell. The overhead chandelier was so low that if you're traveling with kids, they could easily reach the lightbulbs if they stood up. The light switch was right behind the pillows, so you'd accidentally hit it just by lying down. It was pretty speechless.
