The location of this property was ideal for an away day at the football then a night out in Swansea but also for a chilled time in the room. The check in was a doddle and although It might not look amazing from outside or in the corridors once in your apartment it really is a lovely Spacious room with everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable weekend. We throughly recommend it

We arrived at the place, could not get access. Eventually managed to get hold of the company and the women was very aggressive and rude. I asked her to explain how I get in and she kept shouting and being rude. We manged ro get in through the fire exit the whole place was really dirty. Still with no keys We eventually cut our loses and booked somewhere else. As I explained to the women I am pregnant and need to rest she continued to be aggressive. We decided it was not safe to stay there. We tried to request a refund after the way we were treated they refused this. We had no refund nowhere to stay and pregnant miles away from where we live. They did not care. I would not recommend this atoll.
