A Coral Reefs Resort

Natural environment, the room was clean, but the air conditioner was low power, that's why we feel warm in the room all night. The food need to improve, and the food hygiene also need to improve, because I have found a long hair in the sauce. Anyway, I will be here next time, hope that everything will be improve....

The hotel is beautiful, calm, and clean...perfect for total relaxation. Friendly staff, stunning pool, and peaceful vibe. The location is a bit inconvenient: it's up on a hill, so you need a car every time you arrive or leave. No fridge in the room, noticeable lack of privacy (the layout surrounds the central pool like a theater/amphitheater, with rooms openly overlooking the pool area from all sides), and due to the shape, parts of the hotel are shaded by the surrounding buildings for half the day, limiting sun exposure. Perfect if you want to disconnect and unwind; not great for frequent beach trips, full privacy, or all-day sunshine. I loved my days here. Pure relax.

The service was generally good, but there were significant issues with the room facilities that were not resolved before checkout. On the second night of our stay, we returned from our trip around 11:30 pm and discovered that the sink was blocked. There was also a strong underground drainage smell in the toilet and corridor, similar to sewage. Unfortunately, the air ventilation system was not functioning, so the smell lingered throughout the night. We officially reported the issue around 12:30 am, but no solution was provided. In the end, we had to use our own perfume just to get through the night. This experience was quite disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel in Langkawi during my trip with my husband, and the place was truly stunning. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so peaceful and beautiful. I stayed there only for a night including with breakfast. The room was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I honestly regretted that we only stayed for one night. Waking up to such a breathtaking view was an experience on its own—the scenery around the hotel was absolutely amazing. One of my favourite parts of the resort was the beautiful swimming pool located right in the middle. It added so much charm to the place and made the whole environment feel even more relaxing and luxurious. Sitting by the pool and taking in the surroundings felt like a dream. I would say this was my favourite stay on my whole vacation there. That said, the journey to the resort was a bit challenging. The road leading up was quite confusing and honestly a little scary, as the resort is located at the top of a hill. Driving up from the bottom felt intense, and the pathway could definitely be improved. But once we reached the resort and stepped inside, it felt like entering heaven. The atmosphere, the view, and the comfort completely made up for the drive. Despite the challenging road, the experience was totally worth it. I truly fell in love with the place, and next time I visit Langkawi, I’ll definitely make sure to stay there longer.
