This hotel feels like it's on its last legs. The area might have been bustling once, but now there's nothing around and very few shops are open, making it really inconvenient. The hotel facilities are old and poorly maintained. The bathroom fixtures are moldy, rusty, and some are even missing. They literally only provided bath towels; even the water bottle was discolored. This place is a total rip-off, a huge mistake!

Unclean room and facilities, inside room got cockroaches, breakfast options is less, even no eggs and no meat at all

1st time open the room you are welcome by the bad smell🤣 thank God after opening the aircond the smell fade away. The furniture are old school kind but it's okay I just wanted to sleep n rest. The swimming pool are good size but the breakfast need some improvement especially the taste.The staff service also need improvement. I reported about tv remote unfunctional by call n whatsapp but no body reply at least and apologize or something but there nothing.

The hotel is nearby Langkawi Jetty. The swimming pool was nice.

I have a great experience at this hotel.The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.The swimming pool is very nice,exceed my expectation because the hotel rate is quite cheap for its offered amenities.Overall recommended and will book again if visit to Langkawi.

Our room was infested with bed bugs. We were forced to change rooms twice in the middle of the night, only to find that both subsequent rooms were also overrun with large bed bugs. This severe issue ultimately compelled us to check out and find a different hotel at 2 AM. However, the staff was very friendly, smiling, and attentive.

Underrated hotel..great experience..good location

The free 3in1 coffee for the room only 2 packages for the whole two days for 3 people, a bit stingy. Corridor door panels cause wind blowing sound for the whole night. Sinky got leaking cause inconvenience during brushing teeth or washing face.

Nice place to stay! Bit far from the beach but close to Langkawi eagle place. Nice swimming pool.

Room amenities is limited, no cotton etc like how photo displays… Sockets are broken, only one can be used… No cutlery, fork and spoon provided in the room…

A decent hotel, for those who only require basic amenities. The rooms did show its age, especially the doors (wardrobe & bathroom) were no longer aligned. Other than that, it's great hotel to stay for the given price, with breakfast & swimming pool included.
