Location is convenient. Foods served in the hotel are horrible. Buffet items have never been refilled. Services delivery is very slow. Hygiene is required to improve.

Very close to the airport, about a 5-minute walk. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, but my mom and I, with our Chinese palates, weren't used to it. The cleanliness was just okay, but we brought our own disposable toiletries, so it was acceptable. The front desk staff had excellent service attitudes and explained everything to us item by item.

I booked this hotel for an early flight the next day. I stayed in a family suite on the 5th floor. I don't know about other floors, but as soon as you step out of the elevator on the 5th floor, there's a very strong, unpleasant smell, like something rotting at a street stall. The room was very spacious, which was a plus, but the towels and showerhead were really subpar. Breakfast was also just mediocre, and it's quite far from other attractions. If it weren't for catching a flight, I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here. The value for money is very low.

This hotel is right next to Langkawi Airport, just a 3-minute walk away. The airport is a bit old, but every room in the hotel is spacious, and the lobby is quite impressive. For a 4-star standard, the gym equipment is a bit limited. However, in a tropical country, perhaps this is all one can expect. The hotel's service, though, is excellent. Due to a last-minute change in my travel plans, I contacted them via email, and the front desk kindly agreed to adjust my check-in time, which I really appreciated. Thumbs up to the hotel front desk service! Each room has double-glazed windows with a gap of about 20cm between the panes, so you can't hear the planes taking off or landing next door. It's very quiet for sleeping. A quick tip: if you're heading to Telaga Harbour, the hotel is conveniently located between Pantai Cenang and the harbour. Taxis are also readily available.

Short ISLAND break frm the CHAOTIC city life ! Impromptu trip, booked my ✈️ a day before departure. 4D3N just because i just want to laze around & spoil myself before 2026 bid gdbye. Found Croske Resort as a gem since this hotel is just next to airport AND free shuttle service for airport pickup/drop off is a BONUS ! Hotel provides shuttle to Cenang beach (to/fro) BUT need reservation in advance and the shuttle runs 4 times in a day. Good to catch sunset by the beach and purchase chocolate souvenirs at nearby Cenang Mall ! Grab is also cheap to move around at reasonable price. Tried room service as i was tired on my 1st day, ordered seafd tomyum (too salty, didn't like the cooking) TV has a faulty, what makes it frustrating/ challenging is that all rooms doesn't have a telephone so basically guests communicate with reception desk and all other service via WhatsApp thru the QR code provided in room. (The digital era living we're all in now, lost the human touch & more honest/warm hospitality & customer care) I want to thank the hotel manger for the service recovery. Complimentary cut fruits was served into my room for the delay of technical support due to TV faulty, I was delighted to see the fruit plate when i got back from the beach at night. If you need an accommodation near the airport, book with them for their convenience of airport shuttle, if you prefer to be near attraction sites/beach, book at any hotel near Cenang Mall. Housekeeping did a tremendously great job, room and hotel lobby are spotlessly CLEAN.
