The attitude of the front desk clerk was very good. They even upgraded the room type when I went there. However, the nightmare just started.
1. Toiletries should not be placed on the sink but on the bedside table.
2. There are only two cups on the sink in the entire room. Is it for washing or drinking water?

I have developed a bad habit after staying in mid-to-high-end hotels too many times. I forget to return my room card when I leave the hotel.
