Thumbs up for the hotel! Convenient location, new and complete facilities. It far exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and always smiling, truly putting guests first. Special thanks to the guy with glasses; his patience and professionalism impressed me and made my trip much more enjoyable.

Overall, I was satisfied and found it to be good value for money. The place was clean, had hot water and air conditioning, daily housekeeping, and all the necessary facilities. It was a very pleasant stay.

The four-star hotel we chose this time was truly disappointing. It was the worst of all the hotels of the same star rating we'd checked out. The hygiene was poor, they didn't pay attention to details, the facilities were outdated, and the service was mediocre. Think twice before choosing this hotel.

This is the worst Licheng Hotel I've ever stayed at. Parking was scarce, the sofa in the room had stains, and the sink was cracked. Apart from the convenient location and decent service, everything else was really just average.

I'm giving a bad review to the front desk staff who checked me in—the service needs improvement. They clearly had a room with a window, but told me it would be tomorrow. I almost had to find another hotel when I arrived. In the end, they made me cancel my booking and rebook. This is very inconsiderate and shows no consideration for guests. I was quite speechless. I was too lazy to deal with it anymore. They really need to improve their service awareness. As for the hotel location, it's okay, and the price is okay too. This was my first time staying at this brand, and the value for money is acceptable. Better service would be a big plus.

The room was clean and bright, the bedding was very comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. Particularly noteworthy is the intelligent robot food delivery service, which is both safe and convenient, adding a lot of technological sophistication and fun to the stay. What impressed me most was the professional service of Zuo Zuo at the front desk. We were exhausted when we arrived in the early morning, but she was still energetic, smiling warmly, and quickly and efficiently processed our check-in. She also proactively introduced the hotel facilities and nearby restaurants, thoughtfully reminding us to get some rest. This meticulous care made us feel incredibly warm and instantly washed away the fatigue of our journey. Overall, this stay was outstanding in terms of facilities, service, and details, offering excellent value for money. Whether for business trips or leisure vacations, this is a highly recommended choice, and I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lanzhou!
