在他們家真的住了很多次了，從來沒這麼無語過。頭一天晚上特意去前台説我和對象第二天離開的早，會把東西放房間讓我哥去幫我取。結果第二天我兩離開後，直接默認退房了，我哥去前台説沒有。頭一天特意給前台交代的給我忘了，第二天您好歹能查一下網上的訂單吧，也不查，直接説沒有，我打電話過去才説看了網上的訂單才看到我的入住訊息。

很差的體驗，辦理入住就問我攜程訂的，要我帶他們加會員領取券可以給升級，我拒絕説衹用攜程，然後給了我邊角房間，大床房面向公路邊實在太吵，要求換房告訴我每件都是朝向這邊，換不了安靜的，要想安靜的，加錢換雙床面對小區。隔音也不好，一晚上的沖水聲音，打呼聲音，搞得一晚上沒睡好，差評。

很好的居住體驗，為了去滑雪選的這裏，到雪場免費直通車接送點幾分鐘就走到了，地鐵也不遠，走的時候離蘭州站也近。房間也乾淨整潔無異味，每天都會給打掃，當然不需要也可以拒絕～
