首先位置真的太方便了，離地鐵站步行也就5分鐘，去景點和商圈都超順，辦理入住時前台小姐姐態度特別好，笑臉相迎，還主動介紹了酒店的設施和周邊美食，效率也高 離省婦幼特別近

酒店位置還可以，離蘭州中心和博物館很近可以走路去。但是酒店停車場收費，離譜了，收了好幾十塊。最要命的是樓下有個燒烤店，不知道是空調外機聲音還是廚房間別的聲音，特別大，到半夜12點都沒有結束，難以入睡根本沒法休息，跟酒店反應，一開始説晚點會停，又説12點會停，再反應又説12：30會停，中間提出換房又推脱都定完了，可我打開攜程明明當時還有房的。太差勁了，這麼貴的房價，提供這麼差的配套服務，完全沒有休息好。差評

進房間一股子味道，晚上12點多的時候隔壁還有敲牆的聲音。再加上在二樓最裡麪 旁邊是雜貨房。晚上洗澡的時候這個熱水太小了 冷水挺猛的。還有房間沒有拖鞋給前台打電話 大概過了二十分鐘也沒送來 還是我自己去要的。還有這個酒店的好評都是刷的嗎？我看評論 前台接待熱情 而且有應必答。還有本地特色的小禮物。我是啥都沒見到過。還有這個入住我提前打了電話詢問可以提前入住嗎。前台説可以。那時候大概十點多，衹不過我到地方都已經十二點多了，也不屬於提前入住了。別到時候再讓酒店拿這個説事。

晚上洗澡洗髮水還沒沖掉停水了，然後一整夜沒維修，一定要等早上來人維修。打了前台很多電話不給及時解決，最後衹能沖冷水，打了一個多小時電話才給打一壺熱水到門口，被套也不乾淨有污漬。設備壞了不可預判但是酒店的處理不及時和懈怠是給差評的關鍵
