Great location. Close to subway and pedestrian/shopping street. Not far from river and cable car. Room was big, but a bit run down. Restaurant next door offers good quality coffee.

We had a nice stay but it took an eternity to check in, even it was midnight and we had a sleppy child with us. The?location is great, on the pedestrian street and there is a nice coffee shop on the first floor.

I would have been happy with this hotel if it was 200RMB max. Terrible breakfast. Happy with the hourly rate so I could catch my late train. Great location. Ladies cleaning did a great job but the place feels run down. Not what I expected from Ibis.

This hotel is located next to Xiguan metro station, is right next to Zhangye Road Shopping Street and is a short walk from Zhongshan Bridge and the Yellow River. The rooms are a decent size and clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful enough, but it did take a while to check in as a foreigner. We asked about washing our clothes here but it seems like they don’t provide any detergent to wash the clothes, and the washing machine is not in a convenient place to use for guests. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel is not worth the stay. Stay somewhere else. It was dirty, loud and bare bones. Choose a different hotel.

The hotel is very basic, wouldn't expect much for what we paid.
Nice location, right at Lanzhou's pedestrian street and very close to the metro station.
Next time, I would prefer to pay a bit more and stay at a better and more comfortable hotel.
Attentive receptionists at the front desk. They helped me find the location and transportation to the Water Park that is close to the airport.
