酒店不提供瓶裝水，電視收不到直播，衹能看幾個電影和電視劇。酒店後面有停車場，好的地方衹有工作人員的態度，很敬業。
旅店東側的“泰和樓”飯店，宰外地客人沒商量，爆炒羊肉裏面全是雞肉“鮑魚”像是蘿蔔乾沒法吃。
酒店西面的早點包子鋪很不錯，老闆人也實在。

該酒店真的是從一上樓就各種不好，入住時間大概晚上七點左右，上樓後樓道特別黑，真的有點害怕，然後房門打不開，下樓找前台，重新刷卡後還是打不開，第三次前台上來幫忙打開，一進門房間真的又黑又臭，聯繫前台更換房間，結果晚上衹有10度以下的温度，空調還是壞的，聯繫前台，説找人來修，不知道是交接問題還是什麼，修空調的人沒有敲門直接刷卡進門，推開門後發現房間亮燈才説了句有人嗎，真的很無奈，然後操作了一會説空調是壞的，讓我壓兩床被子，我説這床摸着都有點潮，酒店沒人提出換房間，我主動要求給個電熱毯對付一下，修空調的人一直在推辭説電熱毯不好找之類的話，在我強烈要求下説給我找一個，結果等了差不多40分鐘都沒有送來，又打了前台電話要了一遍才送來一個小小的單人電熱毯。睡到後半夜大概凌晨四點左右的時候樓道里特別吵，有敲門聲，説話聲，説實話門一點都不隔音。事情就是這樣，為什麼我沒有二次要求換房間，一，我是一個人入住。二、女生住宿。三、酒店房間門不能反鎖。一個人出門在外為了安全着想，沒有過多生事，所以對於這次住宿真的覺得體驗特別差

酒店感覺很一般，不能説多麼好，也不能説多麼差，衹能説是比上不足比下有餘，好歹價格在哪裡放着呢，感覺還是虛高，房間價格配不上那個設施，為啥一直用攜程，不是説攜程上訂酒店有多便宜，而是攜程處理事情的速度，還有態度讓人很滿意

這家酒店唯一滿意的是前台服務、其它難以描述，主要是一進電梯就有很難聞的味道，晚上睡到半夜被一陣很難聞味道薰醒，後來慢慢發現是油煙子味，可能樓下都是餐館原因，煙通道密封不好串的，很噁心
