房子整體還是比較好的，到區政府公交20分鐘，衞生條件加基礎設施配備齊全。吧枱小姐姐和客房大姐服務也很周到，還貼心的送了早餐，入住體驗也很好。

房間寬敞，衞生也比較乾淨整潔。
設施設備也比較齊全，硬件設施都不錯。
就是服務還是需要改善
:大廳內的燈沒開光線太暗，房客需要簽署文書請工作人員開一會，答覆説規定18點才能開，沒辦法衹能用手機照明，服務員一點都不知道變通。
室內的收費的大桶純凈水，16元一桶，不用吧好像需要，用吧又省那麼多浪費。給服務枱工作提了建議，她一點反應都沒有。
酒店位置很偏，希望能提供付費的餐飲服務，讓房客體驗好一些。
總之，海石灣的酒店服務普遍需要提升。希望老闆能借鑒內地發達地方的做法，有利於自己實業的發展。
