The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful environment and complete facilities. It was also very clean, and the service was warm and attentive. Breakfast was abundant too. It was an absolutely fantastic stay!

Staying here was so convenient! Lanzhou Center is right downstairs, so you don't even need to leave the building for dining, entertainment, and shopping – it's all there. My kid said the room was super fancy, and breakfast was excellent too. We'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Everything is perfect! The hotel is just right above Lanzhou Centre.  Complimentary upgraded room by the friendly staff.  No odour/ cigarette smell in the room. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Lanzhou again.

Location very good and close to the Gansu Museum. Room was fantastic and spacious. Check in took a really long time - as foreigners our passports confused the front desk. The lifts were very, very slow and we needed to wait about five minutes every time we needed them... Be warned if you are running late!

I enjoyed staying in this Holiday Inn hotel. The staff are super supportive which equates to their exceptional service. The hotel is close to the subway station, busses and taxis. It's very clean and has a nice sunset view. This Holiday Inn at the heart of Lanzhou City comes highly recommended!!

First of all the hotel is in a great location, right next to Lanzhou centre (with direct access) near the gansu museum and gansu women and children's hospital. If that's not enough it's also close to the subway station. The rooms were spacious and clean and we felt very comfortable in them, the morning breakfast had plenty of options and was satisfactory. My only issue with this hotel is the elevator wait times (although that's not an issue with the hotel itself rather the building) when going from the ground floor to the hotel rooms we would often wait a few.minutes for the lift, when it arrived people would push infront ensuring no more space. When I left the hotel at 10 in the morning it took me over 20 minutes to just get an elevator with space to go down, i tried taking the stairs but the doors were locked. Overall a good hotel i wouldn't stay again just because of the elevator, everything else is perfect.
