Construction downstairs continued all night, plus the air conditioner's outdoor unit roared all night long—my god! My wife and kids didn't get a good night's sleep because of the noise. As a hotel, what else can you expect if guests can't get proper rest? Afternoon tea? The order clearly stated that afternoon tea was included, and I asked the front desk at check-in, who told me it was on the second floor. When I went to get it at the designated time, they told me I needed an "afternoon tea voucher," so I had to run back to the front desk on the first floor to get it. I felt like I was fraudulently claiming a cup of Nescafé. When I went out to iron my clothes, the front desk told me they would bring me a garment steamer, but after ten minutes, I urged them to bring it right away. When I got dressed and went out, it still hadn't arrived. Speaking of which, I have to mention that last time I stayed in this same room, I found a single hair on the blanket, and they upgraded my room before they were satisfied. In short, I've stayed at almost every Blueberry Hotel in Lanzhou, and this "flagship" hotel is truly the worst in every aspect. If you see this, just choose the Blueberry Hotel on Xilu Road; it's at least half the price.

The room will be upgraded, the view room is very nice, corner room. There is humidifier in the room, it is very dry at night, there is also body lotion and sleeping spray. The hotel is very close to the subway station, it is very convenient to go anywhere.

I had the honor of experiencing the 5-diamond store of Lanzhou's local chain Lanmei. The overall feeling was that the hotel was trying to save costs as much as possible. As a 5-diamond luxury hotel, it is really hard to describe. 1. The hotel rooms actually use washable and reusable slippers, which is something I only see in economy hotels. 2. The toiletries are even more exaggerated. Let's not talk about whether the brand is high-end or not. I actually saw unsealed canned toiletries in a luxury hotel, and the bottle was sticky and very uncomfortable. 3. The luxury room is not equipped with a small refrigerator and minibar, only two bottles of mineral water are placed for guests to use. . 4. The guest room is small, the ceiling is low, and the room design is too fancy. The overall atmosphere is very depressing. The robot delivers things more than 1 meter away from the door. 5. The hygiene details are not in place, with obvious food ** on the round table, cigarette ash on the bathroom floor, etc. 6. The breakfast is reduced to even worse than the all-season. There is nothing in the fruit area and western food area. Fortunately, there is a bowl of beef noodles, otherwise I don’t know what to eat. 7. The wifi password is also funny. It is actually posted behind the no smoking sign. The password is obviously the default password of Telecom, a bunch of messy numbers. Instead of making stickers, it is better to change the password to a unified one. There are many more that I don’t want to write. I came here because of its reputation, but I was greatly disappointed. I gave a bad review in the hope that the hotel management can see it and hope to save costs while ensuring the hotel quality for guests as much as possible.

I've always wanted to give an excellent review but never had the chance. I've stayed here several times. The former Xilan Hotel was renovated and upgraded. The first revolving restaurant I went to in my life was here. It's been more than 20 years! Floor-to-ceiling automatic curtains, smart toilets, and warm room lighting are great for watching movies. Coupled with the attentive service, both the front desk and the room attendants are very nice, especially the smart mirror in the room is my favorite, the toiletries are also very easy to use, and the beef noodles with gray bean soup for breakfast are more Lanzhou characteristics! I haven’t had time to try afternoon tea yet, you can go and experience it! It is definitely the first choice hotel in Lanzhou. The key is that the price is affordable and it is only a few dozen meters away from the subway entrance! You deserve it! It's rare to find a hotel that I can give such a positive review with such confidence!
