首先説衞生，我是入住的兩天，第一天晚上把浴室的腳墊弄臟了，第二天發現居然沒有換，再説服務，這是我第二次入住該酒店，並且都是兩晚，第一天辦理入住的時候，前台並未在房卡里麪充值兩天，且並未提醒，第二晚居然發現刷不開房門，前台居然沒覺得他們做的不脱，其次就是早餐，這早餐質量堪憂啊，並且入住兩晚居然衹給了一個早餐卷，這酒店在噁心誰呢，去問前台，前台還BB，就這服務態度，我肯定是不會再次入住了。

這次入住最驚喜的是酒店的細節貼心，免費停車解決了自駕的大難題，地理位置也方便，出門辦事、逛街都近。房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，住起來很舒服。
美中不足是早餐，種類不算多，翻來覆去就幾樣，不過隨便吃點也能飽，不影響大局。如果對早餐沒太高要求，這家酒店還是很值得選

房間很小，一股空氣清新劑味道。所謂的大床房是兩張小床拼起來的。衞生間洗臉池連放洗漱用品的地方都沒有。訂的時候上面明確早餐是自助，可實際衹有餛飩和豆漿，煮雞蛋還是開口要的

很糟心的入住體驗，半夜空調壞了凌晨換房間，洗澡間有縫隙漏水嚴重。最惡劣的是6月26日退房，早上和前台確認退房時間，下午另一個前台打電話過來叫我退房，明確告知已安排好退房時間，但是其質疑我，並威脅我“電話有錄音”延遲退房要交錢，下樓對質要求其提供錄音並道歉，但是其自知理虧不肯提供並甩臉問我為什麼不好好説話。這是一個服務從業人員該有的態度？碰到問題第一件事是質疑客户？不説態度惡略，簡直是愚蠢，激化矛盾，帶着情緒工作，連和交班人員對一下訊息都不會？ 這種見人下菜的人是怎麼混到服務業的？以後不會再考慮住在這裏
