What Amdo Shang Ba La Hotel lacks, they make up for their superb customer service. Their front counter was willing to help us through, taking the extra miles to really a full meaning to it. We were very pleased with their service and had a good stay at the hotel.

房間位置導航不是很準確，繞了三圈才找到酒店，藏式風格還是挺漂亮的。房間挺寬敞，還是有點異味，床睡起還是可以。早餐比較簡單，但是服務挺好的。

這個酒店特噁心，不知情的情況下竟然惡意開門，我當時正在洗澡，打開門進來了，太嚇人了，嚇到快哭，而且衞生特別臟，床上有尿漬，黃色斑點，，屋裡一股難聞的怪味。超級噁心，前台態度很差，很差，給她送為什麼沒退房就有人進去開房門直接不搭理，房間裏感覺有不該有的，住着很壓抑，一整夜不敢睡，是藏族風格，對於我們普通人來説。選擇的時候一定要慎重！！！房間很差！和圖片差距太大！！！！
