good chain. supposed to be smokefree......but......in china....too difficultfor them to work.....states clearly....1000 rmb cleaning fee.....no one bothers.....unlike in hk, japan,korea.....u break rule.....10000hkd cleaning fee n they do it. good chain.....probly take them another 10 yrs to be smokefree as chinese society accepts smoking as a right still. good location near night market .

My sleep quality was already poor. I booked the room based on the room description's "peaceful sleep experience." When checking in at the front desk, they said they had no other requirements, just quiet. At 8 a.m., the electric drills and hammers downstairs started blasting away, and they didn't stop until 10 a.m. When I called customer service, they just said, "Sorry, the bank downstairs is under renovation." It was a terrible experience! I've stayed in many hotels, but Orange has completely stopped me from coming back.
