Atour S Hotel Lanzhou Convention Center Riverside

The view is excellent, and the room is huge. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Just a small suggestion: for the family room, it would be better if the glass separating the toilet and shower area were opaque/frosted. My child is already 13, and it's a bit awkward to see into the adjacent bathroom, regardless of who is showering.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering the best night views. The service was also very attentive. We arrived quite early, and they were proactive in helping us store our luggage and refreshing the room availability, instead of just coldly telling us to wait. The late-night snack service offers porridge, side dishes, and pastries, and they replenish them promptly. This was a welcome relief for our stomachs after a day of travel food.

Booked a family room and it was really spacious with a beautiful view from the window! The toiletries were Le Labo, so quality was definitely on point! There's a projector in the room, but I couldn't quite figure out how to use it 😂. The ultimate highlight was the delicious beef noodles for breakfast – turns out Lanzhou truly has amazing beef noodles everywhere.

The hotel offers an amazing night view of Lanzhou! The room was clean and spacious. It's super close to everything in downtown Lanzhou, only about two to three kilometers away. We even walked everywhere on our first day and weren't tired at all. The only downside was that the AC wasn't cooling, and it's been really hot these past two days, so the room felt stuffy at night.

The hotel's location is excellent, offering views of the Yellow River and the entire city of Lanzhou from the rooms. The rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful. The staff are warm and attentive. If I had one suggestion, it would be about the central air conditioning system. When returning in the evening, the room was a bit warm, but the AC couldn't be turned on. Opening the window was an option, but there was a concern about mosquitoes. If this could be improved, it would be perfect. I truly recommend this Atour hotel when visiting Lanzhou!

I chose Atour after a lot of careful consideration for our family trip to Lanzhou during the Chinese New Year, and the experience exceeded my expectations. First, the hotel's views are absolutely stunning. You can see the beautiful, winding Yellow River from the lobby, executive lounge, and restaurant – it truly lives up to its ratings. The service was genuinely warm and enthusiastic; they asked about our preferences in detail and recommended a room that we were very happy with. The environment and hygiene were excellent. The breakfast had a great variety, and the beef noodles were delicious. Being able to enjoy the Yellow River view while eating was a perfect substitute for the kids' desire to visit a famous high-altitude beef noodle spot. The gym was accessible anytime, and the kids loved using it. Downstairs, to the east, there are tea restaurants, stir-fried noodle restaurants, and gourmet beef noodle shops, making dining very convenient. You can also cross the road right outside the hotel and take a stroll along the Yellow River, which is quiet and uncrowded. The kids said they want to stay at Atour again next time we visit Lanzhou, and we're really looking forward to our next stay. It's an ideal choice for a relaxing getaway.

The room was too hot, and the air conditioning couldn't be controlled independently. I arrived at the hotel in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. The service was just okay; the young lady who checked me in spoke too softly to be heard clearly and rattled through the procedure very quickly, as if she were just reading from a script. There was a lot of dust in the glass cracks by the bed, which looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Overall, it was acceptable.

The location is fantastic! You can see the Yellow River and the Iron Bridge right from downstairs, and the night view is incredible. The breakfast is also very rich, with many Lanzhou local snacks to try. They even have a free gym and laundry room, and the service is excellent.
