Hilton Lanzhou City Center

The hotel's room decor and location are both great. However, some of the staff members come across as very arrogant. For instance, when I arrived, they opened the door for the car in front of me but completely ignored me when it was my turn, as if they didn't see me. Also, when encountering guests in narrow hallways within the hotel, they'd bump into you, expecting the guests to move out of their way. On top of that, it seems like no one says 'hello' – not even during check-in or check-out. It's just a blunt 'Checking in?' The training here is nowhere near as good as Atour hotels. I'm not sure what they have to be so arrogant about. Plus, the hotel was hosting a conference during my stay, which meant a lot of people and a general sense of chaos.

Convenient location, close to both Lanzhou University Metro Station and Lanzhou Railway Station. The night view is also beautiful, and the facilities are new. The male staff were all very nice. Overall, a great experience this time.

One of the best hotels in Lanzhou. The rooms are comfortable and luxurious, offering great views of the city. It's just a 300-meter walk to "Nongmin Alley," where you'll find plenty of local delicacies, especially the Lanzhou beef noodles at this one particular spot! They open at 6 AM and offer a deluxe set meal for 18 yuan. I'll definitely be staying here again next time.

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the subway station, which was incredibly convenient for my business trip. The service team was professional and efficient. I especially want to thank Selena, the front desk manager. Not only was she highly competent, but she also thoughtfully upgraded my room. This kind of meticulous service made me feel incredibly welcome, and I'll definitely choose this hotel first next time I'm in town.

Everything was great, except for the need to change elevators. I especially loved the spacious bathroom. Will definitely choose Hilton again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

The room was great and offered excellent value for money. The front desk service was fantastic and very responsive. The only downside was the room service, which was a bit slow, but I assume that was due to staff shortages during the New Year period. The hotel has a nice night view and a very good location.
