This was my second stay, and the quality was just as excellent as the first time. The service was warm and attentive, with a thoughtful little gift from housekeeping every day, like eye masks and patches to help relieve travel fatigue. The room layout was well-designed, the toiletries were good, and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast offered a rich variety, and the tofu pudding and freshly ground coffee were both fantastic. The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, very close to Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street, the night market, and the subway.

The location of The Hampton by Hilton Lanzhou Shopping Center is very suitable for visitors of LanZhou. The metro line 1 is 2 to 3 minutes walk from the hotel. You can easily get a taxi or order a DIDi in front of the hotel. The breakfast on the 3rd floor is plentiful and delicious. The breakfast staffs work very hard to accommodate every guest’s needs and requests. The housekeepers work diligently and keep the place clean with well supplied, especially the toilet which is shiny everyday. The front desk girls are friendly, polite and receptive. My husband and I will definitely stand here when we visit Lanzhou again.
