I had a wonderful stay at Savoy! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was clean, spacious, and had an amazing sea/beach view. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, and food is absolutely delicious—every dish was a hit! just a short walk to pool, beach and attractions. Highly recommend!

The staff is world class! My 1st time visiting Cebu and very happy with the hotel staff. Every one was so friendly and accommodating to our every want and need. Nothing like American hospitality.

Had a great time during our stay. The food taste great. However, there is a slight misrep on bed. It should be declared as 2 single beds not 2 double beds because we were expecting for a larger size of bed not for single

We are a couple from Germany and this is our second time in Mactan Newtown. A lot has improved in Newtown. The Savoy hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very friendly. The value for money is excellent. The beach is gorgeous. The employees, from the reception to the waiters at the beach, are very friendly. We sincerely thank you – we felt very comfortable and relaxed. See you next time!

Great location. The room was more spacious than I was expecting. Love the renovations that they have done to Mactan Newtown Beach. However, both the dinner and breakfast buffets were a bit disappointing. Limited food options and it took too long for the staff to refill the empty food trays.

I got the worst first impression of this hotel upon checking in.
We checked in at night, exhausted after a day of travelling. But the room we were assigned was moist with wet floor. We went back down to change room after a staff came in to inspect. The front desk, Jessa, deliberately neglected us for whatever reason.
Both rooms’ seat cushions were dirty.
Other than that and the first night, everything else was fine.
