En el momento de llegar al hotel nos hicieron un cargo doble por la reserva, durante tres días preguntamos al personal tanto de mañana cómo de tarde si sabían algo o tenían alguna noticia, se pasaban la pelota de unos a otros y nadia sabía nada, una semana después aún no nos han devuelto el dinero. La habitación estaba regular de mantenimiento, fregaderos atascados y todo bastante gastado por el uso, bajo la cama el último día encontramos calcetines que no eran nuestros.

Starting with the sad location, between a few car dealerships and the depressing architecture and ending with the shabby hallways and tiny rooms with small rickety bed, there’s really nothing to commend this hotel. Why they called themselves a resort resorts and why they have four stars is a mystery to me. Both the location and the architecture call to mind an AZC (asylum seeker center). The staff really do their best, but you can’t put lipstick on this pig.

There is no way this is a 4-star hotel as advertised. My room was the size of a shoe box and there were no amenities in the room, not even a tissue box. At EUR 17,50 breakfast was a total rip off with only the basics on the buffet and a long line in front of the only working, and very mediocre, coffee machine.

Good hotel but getting old Staff very friendly and efficent. The hotel us getting old, heating is just enough, breaksfast is solid but limited. Wifi is good and parking very easy. Location is good.
