Each bed in the double bed has only one thin sheet that can be covered. There is a quilt in the closet, just one bed! And it's dirty and old. It is said that it is all-inclusive, and the meal cannot be simpler. Bad review

Very happy with my stay. 10 days vacation. Buffet is great. Beach is awesome. Rooms are clean. Nice pool. Small resort. It's a slow opening so it's perfect to relax. Not all restaurants are open yet. Loved all the food. Will be back! Great staff and service! Very quiet at night time. No big shows and party but perfect to relax. We enjoyed: the soups,the karaoke, the foam party,the shrimps, the drinks,the volleyball , the coffee shop and much more. I recommend

We're here now and wondering when the snorkeling and kayaking will start. The restaurants have been closed and only the buffet is open for all three meals. They should step up the food choices and at last get a couple restaurants open. The pool is not cleaned regularly.

We are excited to be visiting this resort April 4-13, 2024. It’s just reopened after changing ownership and being substantially renovated/updated. We are 2-60 yr old couples who enjoy the pool, the beach, lots of drink, good food and a solid sleep so we can repeat daily. We’ll update our review after April 4. Cheers!

We have travelled all over the Caribbean and we keep coming back to Paradise! By far, the beach and natural surroundings are the best anywhere! It is an amazing location, a short taxi ride to Las Galeras a quaint village close to beautiful beaches to explore. The staff at the resort are beautiful, friendly, helpful Dominican people who do their best to help you. Management (especially Samuel) can’t do enough to solve any issues you may have. The food is always fresh and tasty and plentiful. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean with housekeeping staff who will help with anything they can. This is the place to go if you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful, comfortable holiday! No hesitation on recommending Grand Paradise! We love it! And will continue to come for many years. We stayed here with friends, 4 adults and 4 kids under 10 and under. We had a great time, the food was great and lots of variety. Meal times were a little inconvenient but there was always something to be found somewhere. Buffet was the best, and the tapanaki. The other restaurants were fine but not great. Unfortunately my daughter fell ill and had to be hospitalized. The care at the resort was excellent and the hospital was also very good. I did not love the response from resort management however. It lacked compassion for a young child who was very sick. I know this hotel will be undergoing renovations soon, but other than being a bit tired and weathered from storms it was still lovely and clean. It’s also very very quiet which is a bonus.

It is a great resorts, I love it,actually loved it since I landed here, I am here right now at room 5205, beach is great,drink is good,, food is good, staff are extraordinary I will come again, I don't understand why some people leave bad reviews here,come on over you will enjoy it

The beach and surrounding landscapes are as beautiful as ever. However, what no one told us when booking is that the hotel had been sold to the Wyndham Alltra chain, and that much of the hotel and facilities were closed, much-needed renovations were already underway, and that not much was working, including many of the staff who were just coasting until their layoff. After 4 room changes, we were finally evacuated to another hotel. This place has so much potential. Hopefully, Wyndham can get it back to what it once was.

Just came back from 1 week with family and friend, this is a beautiful resort. We were in Block #5 which is about 1/2 way to beach and buffet and very quiet. Bonus, there were no mosquitos. Had fantastic time.
