This is a lovely property with many pluses including absolute seafront location. The individual casitas are spacious and well appointed (though without basics like kettles and hairdryers.) But all of the casitas have thatched palm roofs and lots of openness to the outside. If it's windy you're going to hear it and feel it. Some of the roofs are too old and dawn sunlight enters. If you like that this is the place for you. If you want more consistency in your sleep experience look elsewhere. Also, two of the three nights I spent here there was loud music or loud dirtbike noise in the middle of the night from neighboring villas. There are local roads bordering both sides of the property... Most of the time the noise level in the restaurant is very low with tasteful quiet music. But there's an awful DJ blasting on weekend afternoons. This is a loud country full of people who like to turn up the volume. The restaurant is excellent and so is the breakfast which was included in my rate.

We stayed in a residence nearby for 30 days: we came to their restaurant almost every morning for breakfast or lunch or takeaways, easily spent over $1000. We decided to stay at the hotel one night and we requested a late check out because we have business meetings ongoing in the afternoon. Late check out was denied. We offered to pay something for the extra hours, they wanted full rate. Looks like to make an extra $150 they will be losing much more money. No flexibility, no acknowledgment for repeat and loyal customer.

Amazing beach and peaceful place. Food is excellent and prices are reasonable. Near to more beautiful beaches like Coson, Punta Popy, Las Ballenas and others. Staff is so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Pros : Beautifull location in front of the ocean. Big rooms Good place to rest, not a lot of people,. Cons: Expensier than great places we stayed before around. Dated rooms Towels and sheets in not the best condition Food not good. We spent 2 nights in a really hot weather witn a damaged air conditioner that from day one the service guy could not resolve. Only solution offered was a stand fan. No internet for the whole weekend, damaged too.

studios avec mezzanine sont confortables mais celui le plus à l'est est exposé au soleil toute la journée et la seule climatisation du haut ne suffit pas à rafraichir, c'est donc pénible dès 14 heures et ça ne se rafraichit qu au milieu de la nuit. Je suppose que les 5 autres logements sont bien plus agréables. La piscine est bien mais le jardin est plutot un parking de voitures

Volvimos al hotel solo con mi mujer a pasar el sábado y domingo en pareja, estuvimos en el spa que nos gusto mucho, cenamos de maravilla y por la noche bailamos en la sala de espectáculos con el animador Atilio que es un crack!!!repetiremos en verano
