We stayed in a residence nearby for 30 days: we came to their restaurant almost every morning for breakfast or lunch or takeaways, easily spent over $1000. We decided to stay at the hotel one night and we requested a late check out because we have business meetings ongoing in the afternoon. Late check out was denied. We offered to pay something for the extra hours, they wanted full rate. Looks like to make an extra $150 they will be losing much more money. No flexibility, no acknowledgment for repeat and loyal customer.
