It's a new hotel. I tried the 'sandwich trick' I'd seen online (to get an upgrade), but the tip was returned. They assigned me a room with a stadium view, though it was on a lower floor. The gym here is absolutely fantastic, and parking is free.

Fontainebleau is the newest hotel in Las Vegas. It’s top from the facilities and amenities perspective. Just the location is a bit far from the strip comparing to a lot of other hotels. You will need to call a uber to get there.

This is an excellent hotel. The rooms are incredibly spacious and modern, offering views of the Sphere from the window. The hotel also boasts many fantastic dining options. Highly recommended!

Staying in such a new five-star hotel in Las Vegas at this price was an absolute steal! We checked in quite late, and even without doing 'the $20 trick,' the front desk staff proactively asked about our room preferences. We requested a higher floor and were immediately upgraded to a 60th-floor room with a view of the Sphere. The pool deck is stunning. Self-parking was very convenient; we could drive in directly, and after check-in, our room key card provided seamless in-and-out access. The Noodle Den on the ground floor of the adjacent SAHARA hotel was surprisingly good – great value, and both their noodles and stir-fried dishes were delicious.

You're paying 5-star prices, and the various service fees are certainly at a 5-star level. Besides being new, there's nothing else going for it. Its location is terrible – far from everything. In the summer, with temperatures hitting 44°C, walking even a kilometer is impossible. So you're forced to drive, and parking spots will set you back $20-25 a pop, which quickly becomes painful. I requested a room facing the Sphere at check-in, but my request wasn't granted. They claimed they couldn't accommodate me because I checked in at 2:40 PM, despite having over 3000 rooms. I even offered to wait if the room wasn't ready, but they refused. They finally told me they gave me a 'high floor' – the 34th. In a 70-story building, is the 34th floor considered high? Seriously? And this was supposed to be a 'Ctrip Preferred' booking? What a joke! Whatever you do, avoid the Chinese staff at check-in; they won't lift a finger to help you. Their attitude is terrible; they seem to resent Chinese guests, treating them as if they are asking for handouts. You'll encounter that kind of smirking face where they smile but offer zero help. If your room doesn't face the Sphere, it'll face the street. Las Vegas is a city that never sleeps, and after 10 PM, there are cars 'street racing' everywhere, roaring until morning. Even without the street racing, you'll hear engine revving and tires screeching all night long. And they call this a 5-star hotel with such poor soundproofing! The noise from next door was constant. You can clearly hear people talking in the hallway and doors slamming. Luckily, the general courtesy of American guests prevents things from being worse; otherwise, it would be a total nightmare.

Up there with the best hotels in Vegas. First time staying anywhere apart from Encore in years and was not disappointed. Not too far to get about and easy with uber so really even the location is not a problem. Will stay again for sure.

The hotel is very new, and the room was quite spacious. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, we had an expansive view of a large spherical landmark. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. However, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The room lacked a coffee machine and a kettle, which can be a bit inconvenient for Asian guests. Additionally, a word of caution about the mini-bar: items picked up for more than 60 seconds are automatically charged, so try not to be too curious!

The hotel was super nice and clean. Front desk could have been a little friendlier. Especially when charging my card for incidentals. I was not explained why so much of a hold was on my card. Ordered room service on the last morning and food was bland not like the restaurants in the hotel. Ned was super comfy. Views were very nice.

Impeccable swimming pools but they close too early! Absolutely beautiful room and interior decor, but the lack of free coffee / tea is puzzling. Never stayed in a 5 stars without those basic things… Free parking for guests - it is a bit further up on the Strip, so that’s a good gesture. However, it does mean making it difficult to get around to other places in the very hot summer. Overall a good stay! Nice new hotel.

The staff at the reception is nice as she manage to help me continue my booking to my work booking so I don’t need to change room. However the room number I was given was so far from the lift 🥲. And room amenities wise is so so only.

The hotel was beautifully designed—modern, new, and visually impressive, especially the lobby and pool area. However, the location was a drawback. It’s quite far from central attractions, requiring a 10–15 minute Lyft ride to get anywhere, which isn’t budget-friendly. You can't easily get a table without a reservation and the food is noticeably overpriced.
