Amazing!! F1 & Strip View-MGM Balcony 1 Bedroom 2Bath Free Valet! No Resort Fees

EDC Weekend Very beautiful 1 bedroom suite. Stayed for a week, which started off with EDC weekend, and finished off with a visit to the shpere and the Valley of Fire. The property was clean and the staff were very friendly. Valet parking was great but gets full at night. Overall a great week!!!

Great Place We were in town to see the EAGLES !! We were able to see the Sphere from the balcony ! It is walkable if you like !! I had a couple of questions during our stay and the Host answered within MINUTES!! Fantastic place FANTASTIC HOST !!!

Amazing view, tons of space The view alone and ease of access to the pool was worth 10 stars! Couple warnings though- If you’re planning on being out late, be prepared to either use valet in tower 2 (this is tower 3) or MGM and walk a bit as they shut down valet to tower 3 sometime between 9 and 10. MGM is not in this property, it is separate. There are walkways which is super convenient, but it’s a large property so there’s a bit of walking. Valet made me a bit nervous a couple times especially after I heard a woman reprimanding them as they had misplaced her keys, then called her threatening to tow her car. When she came back out and was arguing with them about it, they found her keys. They did have them the whole time. Tower 1 has the lounge, Starbucks, and little corner store. Tower 3 has a really nice pool and waterfall area. I believe they all 3 have gyms. Also, we believe the garbage disposal in our room may be going out. It was making a strange sound and the sink drained slower than we would like. It was amazing though. The bedroom and balcony views were breathtaking. There was plenty of space and we were all comfortable. The tub in the bedroom was so comfortable with arm rests. The host was amazing and kept in communication the entire time with us as we were super late checking in after getting stuck in a snow storm in Flagstaff.

Love this place Lots of room, comfortable bed, amazing whirlpool tub, great location, fantastic view. Hope to stay again in the future

Thanksgiving in Vegas We had a very enjoyable time staying at the MGM signatures. Everything was exactly as advertised! The place is very nice, clean and a short walk to the MGM Grand through an indoor walkway! Would definitely stay here again!
