I booked online and the pictures of the two bed bedrooms look so good but when I arrived they gave my room away? I don’t know why but they changed it single king bed the problem it looks a hotel for stoners it didn’t smell good it was dust everywhere. Honestly no what I saw in the picture horrible it was my bday present and totally ruined bc all was already taken so we have to stay in there.

When I arrived to check in, I was assisted by an employee named Shea. Unfortunately, my experience with Shea was extremely unpleasant and made me feel both unwelcome and disrespected. Despite clearly providing my reservation details through my booking app, Shea repeatedly acted as if they could not understand me. Additionally, they displayed dismissive facial expressions and behaviors that made me question whether their attitude was racially motivated. What made this even more concerning was that I observed Shea treating the guests behind me with much more politeness and professionalism.
Moreover, my companion, who was checking in with me, was also subjected to similar treatment. Shea continuously claimed they could not hear or understand them, which felt unnecessary and demeaning. This entire encounter left a very negative impression and made me feel unfairly treated.
In contrast, when I later assisted a friend with their check-in, another employee named Koe handled the process. Koe was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. Their positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out and demonstrated the level of hospitality I expected from your establishment.

Very good location, away from the ***** and closer to Fremont areas and local eatery, not too far from Chinatown. Better price, however parking is much to be desired. Good discount for Tower access admission, Strat Cafe open almost 24 hours for all meals. Very affordable price.

No Wi-Fi working plenty of time I complain and I raise issue with the concern person. They have taken my issue for investigation as they told they may refund resort fee..

Generally all was ok and we had a good experience in Las Vegas. What surprised me, in room refrigerator and coffeemaker are offered at the time of checking as an additional up charge. Wi-fi is free, but if you want to stream movies on your device, it’s also an up charge. Parking at the Strat is additional as well. Knowing before you get there.
