Very annoying that you get dropped off at the front of the hotel entrance but the lobby for check in is totally the other end of the hotel! Even more annoying that there is only automated check in & no desks available to check in as well. You can therefore not ask any questions & have to wait to find a customer advisor for help. Very busy check in on a Saturday, not enough staff!! Checking out the same applies although there is an express check out which does not explain what you have to do. You scan a code but it didn’t work for me!
WiFi only available in your room which is ridiculous!! As soon as you leave your room you lose wifi!
Long wait for anybody to answer the phone from your room for any services.

As simple as I can state - avoid this hotel if you are with family. Druggies everywhere, drug smell everywhere in the lobby area, till you take the elevator. To reach elevator is itself a big hassle as it’s so far . Moreover, their parking is actually a general parking so you won’t get parking easily. It will consume a lot of time to find parking in any level. The address of this circus circus hotel is itself a sham. It’s at the very end of the *****. Every attraction is so so far away from this hotel.

We only stayed one night and it was good. Nothing big to complaint about. Staff was nice and corteous when we needed help. The rooms were clean.
