A good friendly hotel but needs a few improvements. Air conditioning not working properly and although food of a good quality often tepid. No itemised billing just a total at the end of your stay. No receipts given when ordering drinks in the restaurant. After first night not even shown drinks menu. This is not acceptable.

This a fairly small hotel catering mostly for cyclists. We stayed as part of tour of Lake Garda. The hotel was well managed and was maintained to a very good standard. The room was adequate for our stay with a good sized bed and the ensuite whilst not large had a everything you should want. The restaurant provided a buffet breakfast and a buffet evening meal. The food was very good. The only thing I could fault them on was the identification of vegetarian dishes and the placement of service spoons as they would have the vegetables in the same heating unit as meat dishes and the serving spoons were mixed.

We chose to return this year after staying here last July, and once again, we’ve had a wonderful experience. While the roadside can be a bit noisy, for us, sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the world go by—and taking in the spectacular view, especially the house with its own funicular lift—is simply fabulous. The traffic hasn’t detracted from our enjoyment at all. We stayed in room 410 this time, and as with our previous visit, it was perfect. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, knowledge and nothing is ever too much trouble. The ladies who work at breakfast are amongst the most helpful I've encountered, they never stop smiling. We’re even considering coming back again next year for a third visit in a row—perhaps we’ll try a garden view next time and write another review!

We stayed here with a larger group and had an excellent experience. The staff was very professional, and we received outstanding support even before our arrival. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and parking was well organized—even with many cars. Thank you so much for everything!

Hotel is on the very busy road out of Torbole. Half the rooms face this road and its constant noise. Soundproofing within the hotel is not good, hence ear plugs provided!!! Everywhere is very clean and rooms small but adequate. The food is buffet and not so good. Lots of salads, a soup, 3 pasta dishes, 1 meat dish and 1 fish (eg whole salmon, skin, bones, head rather than easy serve fillets) Hot food is rarely hot. Desserts are poor. Creme Brulee more like angel delight sprinkled with brown sugar. panacotta is like white blanc mange, tiramasu an inch deep or some fruit were the main offerings plus a few bits of cheese. The hotel is better geered to the bikers and not to the coach party tours of older people. The staff are very good and are its only saving grace. Stayed as part of a tour. Would not have chosen this hotel.

We were the whole group staying at this hotel for one night. From the very beginning we felt welcome, thanks to very kind and professional receptionist. Food for the dinner and breakfast was above our expectations, staff very quick and friendly. The rooms had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. All in all, great experience!
