Shocking, big cleaning problems here! Dishes, carpet & bathroom all dirty. Not just a little bit. Breakfast stale with very limited choice. Spar bath with lots of body foam. Car charger 10amp. Would take 32 hours to charge an average car.
On the other hand, surprisingly the gym & pool were good.

Good hotel chain which lives up to its name, very suave feeling to it. Onsite gym, sauna & pool which I did not get to check out, the kitchen & the bar closed at 9pm on a weekday, the mini bar was reasonably well stocked.

Great place for an overnight sleep or longer Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. Nice indoor pool and spa and has a gym very well set out.

Clean, spacious room. Very good breakfast. Parking costs $25 unless pre-booked. Friendly staff. Located near the Embassies.

The over all experience was good, could have been a bit better in terms of service but then it was long Easter weekend with less staff..!!

The hotel was lovely and the service great!
It was very relaxed and we really felt welcome, and at home.
The food was excellent and the service in the restaurant and bar was fantastic.
We loved the furnishings and the whole look and feel of the foyer and restaurant was perfect.
The pool was beautiful and the spa was large and very comfortable. It was just a bit dirty and soapy from all the use.
It was the perfect place to stay while competing in the Canberra Marathon! We plan to stay there next year again.
