Traveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know.

I found this ******/hotel a tad too stuck in the past. If you’re traveling through the area, it’s a good deal though but nothing to go out of your way for.

Very disappointed with how I was spoken to when all I did was ask a question. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room was pretty clean just had some spiderwebs and alot of dust around the window. The balcony had alot of dead bugs.

The hotel facilities are relatively old, but they are well maintained. The scenery outside the room is beautiful. The hotel facilities are complete. There is a smoking area. The service is very good. I will ask if you want free drinks. The restaurant service is also very satisfactory. The price is reasonable. The food delicious

not having the football televised was a real disapointment
had no heat in room for three nights and some of your staff were discurtious. however most were helpful and very courteous. other than that my stay was okay

Bed was so hard. Towels had too much lint, low quality. Had to use eye drop just to flush our eyes. Need to upgrade as for the blow dryer. Outdated and low quality.

Room was noisy. We were next to the ice machine and could hear every door close. Pillows and bed not comfortable.
Building is old and tired looking.
