Great location, very close to the cathedral. There's a large Coop City nearby, but it's closed on Sundays. The hotel reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel facilities are quite new. Please note that twin rooms come with two window types: sealed windows and regular windows. If you have a preference, please contact the front desk. If a room is available, they will allow early check-in. Slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are not provided in the room, so please bring your own.

The room was tiny, just barely functional, but the service was good. They quickly provided the forks and kettle we requested. The hotel's location was decent.

⭐ 1-Star Review: Worst Hotel Experience – Avoid Ibis Lausanne Centre This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The customer service at check-in was shockingly bad. The staff were rude, cold, and clearly uninterested in helping. Instead of welcoming guests, they behaved as if every question was a burden. Absolutely zero professionalism. When I tried asking for assistance later, the attitude only got worse — unfriendly, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It’s unbelievable that a hotel operating under an international brand can offer service this poor. To make it even worse, the room was stuffy and uncomfortable, with no proper ventilation. For what they charge, this is unacceptable. Ibis Lausanne Centre seriously needs to retrain their staff and improve their standards. I strongly advise others to stay away — there are plenty of better options in Lausanne. This hotel is not worth the frustration.

Clean and simple hotel. Just few tram stops away from main station.

A good option for solo trip, very near the bus station and the staffs are nice.

Located in a convenient transportation place from Lausanne Garre Station, it was so good to travel to Montreux and Vevey, and all the hotel staff had a kind service mind, so I had so much fun during my stay.

All amazing! Modern, clean, spacious room, very nice hotel and a good deal for the price, had all necessary toiletries, Walkable distance to the train station. I would recommend to others and come back again!

Good location, and provide local transport and museum ticket which were very good.

Affordable price with good facilities and friendlystaff, also close to supermarkets and commercial streets. But be cautious about surrounding weird people at night, even though there's nothing happened to me.
