Had a very pleasant stay. The online customer service was highly responsive and communicated in flawless English, without any noticeable accent. The hot water was consistent, with good pressure. Upon request, they promptly provided an iron and ironing board. 7 min walk to Laussane station.

Convenient location : close to the train station of Lausanne, walkable to the lake Leman, close to the subway to the City Center, vibrant district with restaurants, 2 groceries, boutiques and bakery.
The apartment is clean, quiet, furnished with small kitchen and ustensiles. One thing is missing is the air conditioning. The fan is not enough for cooling at night during summer.

J'avais beaucoup d'appréhension compte tenu des avis. Néanmoins, le logement était propre et la superficie correcte pour une, voire 2 personnes. Le lit est peut-être petit pour 2. ATTENTION : il n'y a pas de climatisation dans les logements, donc à éviter l'été car la chaleur a été épouvantable sous les toits malgré un ventilateur à disposition. Sinon, idéalement situé.

A défaut d'être clean et cosy cet hôtel est pratique pour 3-4 jours. l'emplacement est agréable. près de la gare pour aller visiter Lutry Vevey Montreux que je conseille. le centre ville et le lac ne sont pas trop loin non plus. Le prix est raisonnable. le check- in s'effectue via des codes transmis. pour le reste c'est très moyen. manque de propreté. lit trop petit pour deux .prise de courant pas pratiques. le coin cuisine est petit mais la machine à café est top :)
