Everything else about this hotel is quite satisfactory. The breakfast room is very unique and decorated like a coffee shop. It is very unique and is the first time I have seen it. There are many places to eat around, Quebec is a very relaxing place

My stay was pleasant and relaxing. The hotel was clean and decent. The staff were nice and kind. The service was great. Hope to go to another Hilton hotel in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would have! They checked me into a room that was not even cleaned yet. It was 3 am when I arrived and I was exhausted so I collapsed on top of the bed to wake up and realize the filth I had woke up in. Bed was not changed! Bathroom had a dirty towel, wet face cloth, water still in the tub!! The sheets on the bed when I pulled back and seen the disgusting mess!! I called the front desk and went to the front desk. No remorse! No apology. Just asked me to book another night if I was going to stay again!!!
